• The removal of the two dorms occurred near Janvier, AB, taken from a decommissioned camp, including the individual shrink wrapping of each module prior to shipment by our Client across the country.
• Receiving and reinstallation of the dorms on piles at the Musselwhite mine site, located north of Pickle Lake, ON. In addition to installing these dorms, Karve was contracted to complete Client requested retrofits, connect these new dorms to the existing dorms and kitchen via boot rooms and arctic corridors, and expand the existing kitchen diner complex by installing four new modules.

Dismantle, craning and racking of this 1,997 bed, 3 storey camp consisting of (17) 109 bed dorms, (2) 72 bed dorms which were supported by a 50 unit kitchen diner complex, a 10 unit rec facility, a 14 unit hoteling complex which were all connected via 20 arctic corridor modules.

Turnkey workforce accommodation and temporary office project located in was completed consisting of the craning and installation of a 15 Unit Kitchen Diner, 5 Unit Recreation Facility, 9 Unit Office Complex, (6) 44 Bed Dorms and the construction of over 300 linear feet of walkway.

For this turn key project located in Geraldton, Ontario, Karve Builders provided the craning and installation of 33 Frameless Units units plus 2 units made of prefab floor, roof, and walls onto a foundation consisting of screw piles and structural steel. Complete exterior seal up and finishing. Includes roof insulation and membrane, parapet, transitions, joiners, and flashing. Complete interior seal up and finishing. Includes carpet flooring, wall joiners, roof joiners, transitions, thresholds, and trim, install baskets and lockers.
Installation of domestic water lines and interconnect modules as well supply and install water mains to each facility from water supply and provide heat tracing. Supply required management, labor, materials, and associated goods to ensure the successful electrical installation of the assets as well as install all electrical interconnects between modules.
