Post-Construction – Project Turnover
Karve Builders establishes work groups with our partners to identify project requirements with respect to the commissioning and turnover phases of the project to ensure a smooth transition to the ownership and operations of the completed project.
The Karve team is dedicated to the successful completion of your project. Our final project closeout procedures ensure your project meets or exceeds your expectations.
We pre-punch our facilities prior to your final review, to minimize time and issues, Staged turnovers occur, to ensure quality goals and schedules are met.
Substantial completion is a key milestone in the construction process, as part of the post-construction process we perform the necessary reviews and assist you with the coordination of obtaining a certificate of occupancy.
The project manager and project superintendent perform a punch-list walk-through with you and Certificates of Substantial Completion are issued with related final punch lists for each designated portion of the project.
